A business runs its whole day in Shapzo: bookings on a shared calendar, a GST invoice at checkout that takes cash, card and UPI on one bill, customer profiles that remember the last visit, memberships, vouchers and loyalty, shifts and pay runs for the team, stock across branches, and 87 reports with an assistant that answers questions from the business’s own data.
Salons and spas first, and every other business that books its day by the hour: barbers, nail and lash studios, dental and physiotherapy clinics, tattoo studios, pet groomers, fitness studios and tutoring centres. The service menu, visit lengths, bookable rooms and tax rates are all owner settings, so the same product fits each of them.
Every business account is reviewed by a person before it is approved, and every approved business starts on a free 14-day trial without a card. Data is hosted in Bengaluru, consent is recorded under the DPDP Act, and the platform is sold on a per-outlet subscription with no long contract: cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
Everything on this site describes a shipped capability. There are no invented numbers and no mock screens: every screenshot is a real capture of the product, and the only figures quoted are counted from the code.
