Book the room as well as the therapist
A free therapist does not mean a treatment room is free. Turn on rooms and equipment, create resources for the branch, choose each capacity and link required resource types to services. Review both staff and room views when booking.
Resource capacity is configurable. A single treatment room usually needs one appointment at a time; shared facilities may need a different limit. Choose the limit deliberately rather than assuming every room has the same rules.
Track courses of visits and payments
Session memberships track remaining visits; packages group services. At checkout, redeem the applicable membership benefit and record the payment or due. Check the customer history and notes before the next treatment.
Growth includes memberships, bookable resources, inventory and commissions. Pro adds payroll, purchasing and stock transfers. Compare the feature limits and usage charges before choosing a subscription.
